About Me

By day, I co-pastor a rural Michigan church with my husband, and serve as full-time chauffeur to our four teens and preteens. Since I'm a hopeless night owl, by night I write contemporary Christian romance. It's not as strange a combination as it sounds. I've spent years watching people walk through grief and come out the other side still able to hope, and that's exactly the kind of story I love to read and hope to write.There is something beautiful about seeing broken people find their way back to the light who is Christ, then to love and to healthy relationships.My stories tend to live in that tender place where hard things happen and grace shows up anyway, not to erase the pain, but to take their hand and walk with them through it.Right now I'm doing two things at once: finishing this manuscript on a three-month deadline, and learning the whole author-platform world in real time, mostly by trial and error.Every story needs a reader.
